I was born in Moscow, USSR, lived in Jerusalem, traveled extensively, and for the past decade, I have lived in Berlin with my partner and our son.
I studied journalism in London, philosophy and theology in Jerusalem, and ultimately found my path to psychotherapy.
Coming from a complicated background, I’ve had my own struggles, including brushing up against addiction and navigating a complex past. Those experiences fuel my work today, blending everything I’ve learned on my travels, in different subcultures, and through diverse practices—to help both myself and others.
For me, therapy is art. A meeting with the beauty of our light and our shadows, with our hunger for love and connection, with heartache, and with the power of our rage.
Psychotherapeutic encounters need to seduce us, entice us toward change, invite us to live fuller lives, express ourselves more honestly, and connect more deeply with ourselves and others.
