I was born in Moscow, USSR, lived in Jerusalem, travelled a lot, and in the last seven years I settled in Berlin with my partner and son.
I studied Journalism in London, Philosophy and Theology in Jerusalem and then arrived to psychotherapy.
My approach to emotional development is educating, playful and sometimes provocative. I think that proper understanding of our emotions, challenging them, playing with them and learning not to take ourselves too seriously, are very important for changing and not staying stuck.
Most of my life I live in a multi cultural community. I understand well their challenges.
The search of meaning, of belonging and the challenge to commit to relationships. I am personally familiar with different subcultures, and well aware both to the beautiful elements of those cultures, and of the dark and destructive sides of them, such as addictions and loneliness.
In my point of view, another very important stage of healing is intellectual. The ability to understand and see the bond between our thoughts, emotions and needs, and the structure of our patterns and relationships.
